| Rick's CDs and books are folksy, down-to-earth, designed for tourists. You can see what should be top priority for one week, two weeks, or a maximum of three weeks. It is small enough to carry on your body. If you want a lot of information on places tourists are unlikely to see, add either Frommer or Foders. It is possible of course that you may want to spend a few months in a country, and will therefore see unlikely places for tourists. Or maybe you may want more information on places in between what Rick thinks are priorities. Or if you want to know luxery places to sleep and eat, get Foders. More of something closer to Rick would be Frommers. |
